Yes, I have the exact same problem.
Yup, having the same problem. As much as I wanted to keep the Torch and not resort to the IPhone – it seems that’s exactly what I need to do. =( especially since RIM has yet to release anything official to apologize for the horrible construction.
Yes – I’ve warrantied two phones for this exact problem. The carrier has not acknowledging that they see a pattern of problems … yet.
This happened to me too. Anyone know where I can get the buttons for purchase? (send, menu, back, and end)
Had the same problem. Then all I was using my phone in my car and the piece flew off and can not find it. Trying to find a new one online to order but can’t so far.
I am on my second torch in one month because of this. The green call button is peeling off. Must be a defect?
